And tht it coudnt b upgraded to 2.x.xx till media player 10 was installed and media player 11 removed. Before you do anything. Hope this clears the air about upgrading the firmware to 2.0 so tht windows 7 can read your zen touch, sleek or other non supported creative-Tm hardware.
